Présentation
We make typical Sicilian dishes with fresh local products. We can accommodate up to 150 people. We are on the property of Etna Wine Vineyards and serve local wines.
Chef Carmelo D'Aprile was born and raised in Sicilia but after his education he moved to the United States. He worked in Miami and New York. Then opened his own restaurant in New York and had some amazing customers such as Timothy Hutton, Michael J. Fox, Tom Cruise, and the Clinton's.
