Panna cotta
Recipe for a panna cotta, light and not too sweet.
Panna cotta means "cooked cream" in Italian and it is a dessert that is both delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 1 vanilla pod or teaspoon vanilla powder
- 25 cl of liquid cream full
- 20 cl milk (or coconut milk to make it a little less ordinary)
- 50 g of sugar
Steps
- Soften the gelatine in the cold water.
- Heat the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla over medium heat.
- As soon as boiling, remove from heat and add the gelatine wrung out beforehand, and mix well.
- It only remains to pour into glasses, allow to cool a little before placing in the fridge for at least 4 hours of the time it freezes well.
For the grout
Give free rein to your desires and your imagination, you can make a coulis of red fruits with strawberries or raspberries. But also mango or passion fruit. Personally, I like when the sauce brings a touch of acidity, I think it is balanced well with the sweetness of the cream.
